On Feb. 4, a United Boeing 777-222 departed Chicago O'Hare (ORD) as UAL1888 and was enroute for Las Vegas (LAS) at FL190 when it squawked 7700 and declared an emergency. The flight diverted to Lincoln, Nebraska (LNK). The cause for the emergency is a suspected right (#2) engine failure, the second engine issue in 5 months for the United 777 fleet. No reported injuries were mentioned in the article.
