Frontier Starting 8 New Routes to Puerto Rico

Frontier Airlines announced on Feb. 5 that it will be launching 8 new, non-stop routes to Puerto Rico starting in May. 6 of the 8 routes will operate into Luis Muñoz Marin Intl. airport (SJU), the other two will fly into Aguadilla & Ponce. The six routes into SJU will originate from Chicago Midway (MDW), Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW), Detroit Metro Wayne County (DTW), Cleveland (CLE), Baltimore/Washington Intl. (BWI), and Cancun Intl (CUN). The route expansion brings Frontier's total non-stop routes into Puerto Rico up to 19. Frontier is also adding a one-stop to SJU out of Denver (DEN) through DFW, also beginning in May.
